52" Cat Tower with Washable Cushion, Spacious Condo and Cattail Perch
Budget IX: Everyday Collection
A 60-inch solid wood cat tree that checks every box for the large-cat household.

"What I look for in a tree at this height is whether the base can absorb the impact of a 15 or 20-pound cat landing from the top. At 27 by 27 inches with pear wood posts running the full height, this one passes. The 33-lb per layer capacity isn't marketing - it's a structural spec that tells you something about how this was built."
Founder & Quality LeadAt 60 inches with a 27-by-27-inch base, this is one of the more stable platforms you'll find in its class. The pear wood structural posts run the full height, anchored to a wide base that distributes landing impact evenly. Jute rope wraps the posts throughout - real scratching surface, not token decoration.
Two distinct perch styles give cats options: a round 16-inch top perch for the cat who likes to survey everything, and a rectangular 15.5 by 11.5-inch perch lower down for the one who prefers a less exposed position. The condo at mid-level (24.5" x 15" x 18.5") is genuinely spacious - a large Maine Coon can turn around inside.
The natural and white finish works in most rooms without demanding attention. At 72.5 lbs shipped, this is a substantial piece - which is exactly the point.

Yes - at 24.5" x 15" x 18.5" with a 10.5" x 9.5" entrance, this condo accommodates most large breeds comfortably. Maine Coons and Ragdolls should be able to enter, turn around, and settle inside.
The vertical posts are pear wood - a genuine hardwood that provides the structural core. The flat platforms and condo body are engineered board, which resists warping and provides a stable surface. This mixed-material approach is standard and intentional for cat trees at this height.
Most large domestic cats - including Maine Coons - weigh 12 to 18 lbs. The 33-lb capacity gives considerable safety margin above that. For cats at the upper end, the base dimensions (27" x 27") are the more important stability factor.
Plan for 45-60 minutes. All hardware is included. The pear wood posts slot into the base and platform brackets with standard hardware - no special tools required.
