62" Gothic-Themed Large Cat Tower with Dual Condos and Hammock
Budget IX: Everyday Collection
One of the cleanest-looking tall cat towers in the catalog - minimal visual clutter, maximum function.
"What I like about this one is restraint. A lot of towers at this height throw in hanging toys, pompoms, ribbons, anything to look busy in the listing photo. This one sticks to what a cat actually uses - two condos, a hammock, a top perch, multiple scratching posts. Clean lines read better in a modern home, and cats don't care about the dangling ball you end up untangling twice a week anyway."

At 70 inches, this tower gives large breeds the full vertical range they need without dominating a room visually. The two condos at different heights let cats self-sort - a behavior people often miss when evaluating cat towers - and the hammock adds a third distinct lounging option with a gentle rocking motion that most cats warm up to within a week.
The base measures 24" x 16" - a wider footprint than typical in this height range - which is the single most important stability factor for a tower this tall. Sisal-wrapped posts run between levels and serve dual duty as scratching surfaces and climbing supports.
This is an Amy curation pick specifically because the visual design ages well. Towers loaded with themed accessories start to look dated within a year; this one disappears into most living rooms, which is what you want for a piece of furniture your cat spends hours a day on.
*Fabric colors and textures may vary slightly between production runs - each piece is hand-assembled, which is part of what makes these feel less mass-produced and more considered.

Fine - the hammock is rated to the same 33 lb per-tier capacity as the other levels. Cats sometimes take 3-5 days to try the hammock after the tower is introduced; if yours ignores it at first, give it time before assuming it won't get used.
Yes - the 24" x 16" footprint is smaller than most end tables. At 70" tall it has presence, but the narrow base means it tucks into a corner or against a wall easily. Ceiling height under 8 feet is fine; you want some clearance above the top perch.
The 40-lb net weight and 24" base give it good stability for two medium cats or one large cat. For three active cats, we'd suggest anchoring the top of the tower to a wall using a simple strap - not because it will tip on its own, but because simultaneous multi-cat landings create lateral forces over time.
With moderate use from one or two cats, 3-5 years is realistic before the sisal wears down enough to need replacement or the plush fabric starts to pill significantly. Heavy scratchers may wear the main posts down faster - an easy fix is adding a standalone scratching pad nearby to divert use.
