Will the condo fit two adult cats? +

Two medium cats, yes - the 27" x 15" interior is generous. Two large cats (over 12 lbs each) will fit but snugly, which is actually what bonded pairs often prefer. Single large cats have plenty of room to stretch out.

Does the X-frame make assembly harder? +

Slightly - expect about an hour for a 73-inch tower with X-frame rather than the 45 minutes a simpler tower takes. The payoff is a notable stability improvement. Read the instructions fully before starting and you'll avoid the common mistake of assembling the upper tiers before the X-frame is fully tightened.

Is the anti-tipping device a strap to the wall? +
