Not every home has room for a five-foot cat gym. The Mini Cradle Sleeper was selected for customers who want Signature Line quality without the footprint -- a 14 by 14 base that tucks into an apartment corner or sits alongside a couch without dominating the room.
Despite the smaller scale, nothing is compromised on construction. The frame is solid wood, the scratching posts are real wood wrapped in natural unoiled sisal, and the U-shaped hammock perch uses the same plush household-grade carpet as every other NCC piece. The weighted base prevents tipping even during active use. It arrives fully assembled -- no setup required.

Is this suitable for a large or heavy cat? +
It's best suited for cats up to about 15 pounds. The weighted base keeps it stable, but for a 20-pound Maine Coon we'd recommend stepping up to a larger tree with a broader base. Ideal for medium-sized cats or kittens.
Does it come assembled? +
Yes -- fully assembled, right out of the box. No tools, no hardware to sort through.
What's the difference between the carpeted and sisal posts? +
Some cats prefer the texture of carpet for scratching; others prefer the coarser resistance of sisal rope. Having both gives your cat the option to self-select. Most cats end up favoring one, but having both reduces the chance they'll redirect to your furniture.
Will this work next to a window? +
At 20 inches tall it works best as a floor-level lounger rather than a window perch. If you want window height, look at the 30-inch or 32-inch perch options in the Signature Line.
