First of all, I would like to thank CatsPlay for their excellent customer service. I was sending this as a gift for my father, who just moved to a new apartment and has two cats. Because it was being shipped to another person in another city, CatsPlay called me to make sure it was me and not someone who had stolen my credit card. I appreciated them looking out for me. As for the cat tree, it has been perfect for his cats. It’s tall enough for them to sit and look out the window and they also like to sleep on the lower levels. It’s not too big for him to move if he needs to, but still very sturdy and stays in place when the cats jump on it. The brown color also matches perfectly with his carpet. I would recommend this company and this cat tower.

I have two cats, and they both love laying on the top shelves of this unit to look out the window! One cat is 20lbs and this tree doesn't flinch at supporting him. It's more expensive than other cat trees, but I'm glad I bought it and would buy again from this company.
