PVC Frame 8-Tier Modular Cat Tree - Indoor/Outdoor, Wipe-Clean

Your product is of super quality. I bought it so I can put it on my screened in lanai and not worry if the rain gets it wet. Next time l would like paper instructions because I do not have a computer. Pretty sure my four cats will love it, they're not sure about it yet.

We are so happy with this PVC frame cat tree! We got this for our outdoor catio and our cat absolutely loves it! I don't normally write reviews at all but I am so impressed with this product that I want others to know what a great product this is - the quality is really great, and this is so much nicer looking and stronger than we could have done if we'd gotten PVC parts and tried to make one of these ourselves. We were going to buy PVC parts and try to make one but the parts cost almost as much as this product so we decided to just buy it. After we got it, I realized that the parts are more specialized than what we could've bought so we would not have been able to duplicate it ourselves with off the shelf PVC parts. I think this will last for years outside in the sunny part of the catio so I'm sure our cat will get to enjoy this for a long time.

This is a great addition to my cats' furniture and toys. It was hard for me to assemble because I have arthritis in my hands and wrists. I was unable to do the fourth corner of every shelf but my son did it for me. I was able to assemble the rest of it myself. My 4 cats love it. They can watch the birds outside and there is plenty of space for all of them. It replaces a carpet covered cat tree that was hard to keep clean and was falling apart due to thin plastic pieces that held it together. I think this one should last for a very long time. It is very sturdy when they run from the other side of the room and jump on it.

I ordered two of these. The first box I opened had no instructions, so we struggled through for a bit before thinking to open the second box, which thankfully had instructions. Assembly should be easy, but because of issues with the nails and tubes it was a horror. The first two nests need 2 1/2” nails, we struggled for a while, finding it impossible to assemble, before thinking to measure the nails, revealing that they were 2”, not 2 1/2.” After running to the store to purchase the correct nails we started again and found that multiple tubes in each box had no pre drilled holes. After measuring and drilling all those holes ourselves we finally got them together. They are outside in a screened cattery. They seem sturdy, and can withstand the elements outdoors, but they are not very attractive, actually cheap looking, and half the cats don’t like/won’t use them. Laura, We are sorry you trouble assembling There are no nails with this item....screws yes but no nails are used. Don't know how you could have received 2" screws we only stock 2 3/4 and 2 1/2. Very odd. If this ever happens again with an item you order from us reach out we will get it corrected right away.
