The Coco works as a proper coffee table -- 31.5 inches square, sturdy enough for daily use, clean lines that read as furniture rather than pet gear. Underneath is a fully enclosed cat condo with a discreet entry, giving your cat a private retreat that sits at floor level in the center of the room without anyone knowing it is there.

Is the tabletop strong enough for actual use -- drinks, books, remotes? +

Yes. The tabletop is engineered for everyday household use and handles normal coffee table loads without issue. It is not designed for sitting on or heavy concentrated loads, but for standard living room use it is fully functional.

How does my cat get in and out of the condo underneath? +

The condo has a discreet entry opening on one side sized for an average adult cat. The opening is positioned low so cats can step in comfortably. Most cats investigate it within a day or two and claim it as their own.

Will the scratcher damage the finish on the table? +

The scratching surface is integrated into the side panel of the piece and separated from the tabletop finish. Normal scratching use does not affect the table surface.

My cat is quite large -- will they fit in the condo? +

The interior dimensions comfortably fit cats up to approximately 12 to 14 lbs. For larger cats we would recommend the Jessie litter cabinet or one of our Signature Line condos which are built for bigger breeds.
