Because each piece is made to order, color selections are confirmed before production begins — they cannot be changed after the order is placed.

How do I clean the cushion? +

The cushion cover unzips and goes in the washing machine on a delicate cycle. The cushion itself lifts off the shelf via Velcro — no tools needed. Reattach once dry. The Velcro hold is strong enough that the cushion stays in place during normal use and jumping, but releases easily by hand for cleaning.

Where is the best place to mount this? +

Near a window is the most popular placement — cats get the elevated vantage point plus an outdoor view, which keeps them engaged and content for long stretches. Above a sofa or beside a bookcase also works well, giving cats a high perch in the room they already spend the most time in. Mount at a height your cat can reach comfortably — either via a direct jump from a nearby surface or with climbing steps below.
