Cat's Choice Six Foot Heavy Duty Cat Tree House Gym with Enclosed Condo
Premium I: Signature CollectionSix feet of climbing territory plus a private ground-level retreat — everything a large cat or multi-cat household needs in one structure.

"Most cat furniture solves one problem — height or privacy — but cats need both, and they need them in the same space. What I find compelling about this design is the ground-level enclosed condo paired with six feet of climbing platforms above it. In a multi-cat household, the condo gives a more anxious or lower-ranking cat a place to retreat that feels genuinely protected — not just a high perch where they're still visible to everyone. Meanwhile the upper levels give confident, dominant cats the elevation they're motivated by. That combination in a single structure is genuinely rare, and it's why this is one of my first recommendations for multi-cat homes where stress and resource competition are a concern."

This item is part of our premiere collection: No MDF or Particle Board. Hand-built to order in the USA using sturdy wood, plush household-grade carpet, and natural unoiled sisal rope. Built by furniture experts committed to professional-grade durability.
The Cat's Choice Six Foot Heavy Duty Cat Tree House Gym addresses something most tall towers ignore entirely: cats don't just want to go up — they also want somewhere to disappear. The ground-level enclosed condo gives cats a genuinely protected retreat with a 12.5" arched doorway sized for large breeds, while five platforms above it provide the vertical territory that confident cats seek. At 72 inches tall with a 30" x 20" weighted base, the structure handles the physics of a Maine Coon launching from the condo roof to an upper platform without flex or wobble.
The multi-level layout is specifically designed for households where cats need to coexist without crowding. The wide 20" x 20" mid platform, the angled sisal ramp on the lower section, and the 20.5" top lounger with 6.5" raised edges each serve a different behavioral need — resting, scratching, and high observation — so multiple cats can occupy the structure simultaneously without competing for the same surface. Full-length natural sisal rope posts throughout support healthy scratching and provide a satisfying full-stretch surface for large breeds.
Built from solid wood with no MDF or particle board, this tree is designed for permanence. The plush household-grade carpet across every level provides traction for active climbing and warmth for long resting sessions. Simple no-tools assembly has it ready in minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does a cat tree need an enclosed condo — isn't a high perch enough? +
Height and enclosure serve different behavioral needs. A high perch gives a cat visibility and status — it's where confident cats go to survey their territory. An enclosed condo gives a cat invisibility and security — it's where anxious cats, lower-ranking cats, or cats that simply want to sleep undisturbed go to feel genuinely protected. In a multi-cat household especially, having both options in one structure means every cat in the hierarchy can find a space that meets their specific comfort level.
Is the condo opening large enough for a Maine Coon or Ragdoll? +
Yes — the arched doorway is 12.5" wide by 8.5" tall, and the interior is 17" wide by 12.5" deep. Maine Coons and Ragdolls typically have a shoulder width of 6–7 inches, so the opening gives them comfortable clearance. The interior depth is sufficient for a large cat to turn around and settle in rather than just squeeze inside and back out.
How stable is a 72-inch tower — will it tip with an active large cat? +
The 30" x 20" weighted solid wood base is what prevents tipping at this height. The width-to-height ratio matters enormously on tall towers — a narrow base on a 72-inch structure would be genuinely unstable under a jumping large cat. At 63 lbs total weight with a wide base footprint, this tower stays planted. That said, we always recommend placing tall towers against a wall or in a corner for maximum peace of mind with very active cats.
How many cats can use this tower at the same time? +
Three to four cats can comfortably occupy this structure simultaneously — the condo, lower platform, mid platform, and top lounger each serve as independent zones. The angled sisal ramp adds a fifth interactive surface. This is one of the reasons we recommend this design specifically for multi-cat households: the variety of surface types and elevations means cats naturally distribute themselves rather than competing for a single preferred spot.
What is the angled sisal ramp for? +
The angled ramp serves two purposes: it's an entry ramp to the lower platform for cats that prefer not to jump, making it particularly useful for senior cats or cats recovering from injury — and it's a dedicated angled scratching surface, which many cats strongly prefer over vertical posts alone. Cats naturally scratch at a variety of angles, and having both vertical sisal posts and an angled sisal surface in one structure means more cats will actually use it consistently.
