The 4-tier gives cats four distinct perching levels on a 30-inch wide platform — enough vertical spread to establish a clear hierarchy without requiring a tall tower. It works well in living rooms, foster setups, and cattios where you want meaningful enrichment in a manageable size. Each bed platform measures 21 x 15 inches, giving cats a genuinely comfortable surface at every level.

The frame is co-extruded furniture-grade PVC — a hard, glossy outer shell fused with a structural inner core that holds up to daily use and repeated cleaning. Fabric options include Heavy Duty 40oz Vinyl (wipe clean with soap or disinfectant, the professional standard), Perforated Vinyl (same durability with added airflow), and Outdoor Mesh (an open waterproof weave for catio and outdoor setups). Frame colors are Almond (indoor/outdoor rated) or Walnut (indoor). Optional fleece pads add warmth to each perch and can be added at checkout. Made in the USA to order.

Heavy Duty Vinyl is the most durable — smooth 40oz surface, wipes clean with soap or disinfectant, the choice in professional kennel and shelter environments. Perforated Vinyl is the same 40oz material with small holes for airflow and drainage — good for warmer climates or cattios. Outdoor Mesh is an open waterproof weave that lets air and water pass through freely — ideal for outdoor setups, though it isn't covered under the warranty.

Which frame color should I choose? +

Almond is UV resistant and rated for indoor and outdoor use — the right call for any catio or porch placement. Walnut is a darker wood-tone finish designed for indoor use only.

    I have just spent an entire hour trying to assemble the top nest and couldn't do it. The instructions are unclear. The pieces DO NOT fit together, even using a rubber mallet. A phone number came with the paperwork for the manufacturer I called it and they gave me a number for CatsPlay. That number was not in service. No phone number for CatsPlay is provided to the customer. I began the return process on-line but couldn't complete it because they ask for information the customer does not have. Interestingly enough I went to my email archives to get the information I needed and the second I clicked on the email it disappeared. I had another email from them saved, clicked on that and the same thing happened). They also require returns to be in the same packaging which is impossible because you have opened everything to make sure all the pieces are included and to understand the pieces as you begin to assemble it. $174 in the trash. Linda, Sorry you had a problem understanding the instructions. There is a "Contact Us" page where you could have emailed us. Also our number is posted on the "Help" page...where you found the return procedure. We do apologize the number provided to you by the manufacturer was incorrect.. We had no idea they had the incorrect info and it has been corrected. If you had not thrown it out we would have taken it back and refunded you in full.

    I bought the large cat tree for more vertical space for my bengels, and all 6 of my cats love playing, sleeping and lounging on it. This is so well made and gets a ton of use. This is one of the best trees I have in my house. I bought another huge tree for a bedroom from catsplay.com also, and they just love them!

    This was exactly what we were looking for to use on our screened-in deck for our 4 cats. We used a mallet and a philips head screw driver to put together our 4-tier cat tree. It is sturdy, doesn't wobble, easy to wipe clean after a rainstorm and can hold normal-size cats. It took awhile for the cats to get use to their outdoor furniture. They would sit next to it to keep it company. Then i put a cat bed on it and they finally understood they were supposed to sit on it. we move it into the sun for them and they sunbathe and keep an eye on the neighborhood from their perch. They also like to chase each other around it.
