Made from retired Napa wine barrels (100% Recycled) that have been dried, sanded and sealed with natural mineral oil (butcher block oil) and covered in all natural pet friendly sisal rope.
We have a lot of cats and they are constantly sharpening their claws and they LOVE this. Its incredibly sturdy and they really get into it. One of our cats just sleeps on it and rubs his cheek for hours.
This delightful cat scratcher is full of the love I put into them. The barrel comes from our Napa wineries and has the deep red of years of producing quality wine.
Perfect for adding a touch of color and warmth to any room. Why have just a plain cardboard box when you can have a cat scratcher with style!
Even our heaviest cat (28 pounds, he is just a BIG kitty) gets on this and he does not knock it over. This fun and funky piece is ready to decorate your home with a little touch of California's wine country.

These products are exquisitely handmade, using 100% recycled materials. They are individually handcrafted, one of a kind creations and not factory manufactured. It is therefore quite difficult to make identical items. Even though we have the most attentive artisans who put forth every effort to create only the best, there may be natural blemishes that should not be misconstrued as flaws. These are what make each piece of a handmade product charming and unique. The pictures may not be identical to the product you receive.

I have no questions, but have some feedback--accolades, in fact. The scratching post is fabulous. Almost as fabulous is the box, with recyclable paper for packing, which my cat is fascinated by. (What poor Killian does not know, is that at the end of the weekend, the box and paper will go out to the recycling bin.) Thank you and be well. Nancy (& Killi)
