 When it comes to the Cute Olympics, Mei Mei has a distinct advantage: Good 'n Plenty toes. Good 'n Plenty is that candy you get in little boxes at the movies -- some of the pieces inside are pink and some are black. The pads on Mei Mei's toes are like that too -- some pink and some black. She knows how cute this is, and totally uses it to her advantage.
When Mei Mei sleeps, she usually turns her legs so her feet are curled pads-up, showing off those Good 'n Plenty toes while she sleeps like an angel. If it's a little chilly, she sleeps with her front feet covering her nose, but is always sure one foot is curled out a bit so you can see her Good 'n Plenty toes. But she uses them to her best advantage when she's doing something naughty, such as scratching the carpet or trying to get on the dining room table. When I tell her "no!" she quickly rolls over and shows me her Good 'n Plenty toes. What's not to love? |
