How to brush your cat's teeth: Start by gently massaging your cat's teeth and lips with your finger. Then, move your finger over a single tooth, all the way to the gum. Go slowly, be patient and always use plenty of praise! Each day, try to clean a larger area. Once you and your cat are comfortable with the process, gently introduce a pet toothbrush and pet toothpaste. Make sure to use a pet toothbrush or fingerbrush and pet toothpaste.
