Our Sweetheart in Black Velvet Rhinestone Pet Collar is available in your choice of 3/8" or 5/8" wide (choose 3/8" for cats or very small dogs). It's adorned with diamond clear Swarovski rhinestones. The stones are set in sterling silver plated prongs. It comes with the Swarovski crystal heart charm.

Sizes are gauged by ACTUAL neck size, NOT collar size. MEASURE CAREFULLY!

Please note: Measure the neck size by snuggly wrapping a tape measure around the neck. Collar will be made with one hole 1/2" after that measurement and another one 1/2" after that.
