Optional Insulation: Thermal-Ply Radiant Barrier: Thermal-Ply blocks radiant energy in both summer and winter conditions. It blocks as much as 93% of radiation (summer heat gain) and 50% to 70% of winter heat loss through the ceiling and roof. The floor, ceiling and side walls are all insulated. To ensure long term duarbility from chewing and clawing, the sidewall insulation is protected by a lightweight mahogany plywood liner.

Our mats are dust free, anti-fungal, have no dyes or colors, and are hypo-allergenic. They are approximately 1 ¼" thick with an R-Value of 75!!

Completely waterproof, our pet mats provide an efficient moisture barrier on a house floor, and also serves as an effective birthing mat.

Add an Optional Raised Platform
You may choose to add an optional Raised Foundation that will support the house 7 inches off the ground and still have enough room for the pet to lay on, or put dog bowls on or even accompany an optional porch and deck.

The construction of these Raised Foundations are made of full sized frame members (1.5 thick x 2.5 width). The posts and frame members are lifetime pressure treated lumber for ground contact. The decking is rich western red cedar which really compliments our beautiful cedar houses.

Raising your pet's house off the ground has some very profound benefits. Fleas and ticks will be less prolific in a house that is elevated off the ground.

Dogs that have an elevated platform for doghouse entry is healthy for their hind quarters...especially in larger dogs.
