The largest of our houses has plenty of room for lounging on as well as in! This fully carpeted house is 20"x12"x12" with two entrances. Purr-fect for multiple cat households! With three different heights to choose from, (40",60" with a 20"x20" base and 77" with a 24"x24" base) there is a tree for every cat you know. Check out the bracing on our trees. The taller the tree the more shelves you get. The shelves are 12"x12" and securely fastened to the solid wood carpeted post. They will support over 100lbs and are spaced to provide easy access to the top! The 40" is shipped fully assembled. The 60" and 77" require some easy assembly!
