The largest of all our houses there is plenty of room for lounging and sharing. This large 20"x12"x12" cube is fully carpeted with two large entrances. All of our Deluxe Trees Feature a 16"x16" shelf with at least one 12"x16" shelf. The taller the tree the more 12"x16" shelves you get. Attatched to the wood center post and braced they will hold over 100lbs. The 45" trees are on our 20"x20" base. The 66" and 84" tree is on our 24"x24" base. The 45" tree is shipped fully assembled. The 66" and 84" require some easy assembly.
